Alberto Romagnoni
Alberto graduated as a theoretical physicist from Università degli Studi Milano-Bicocca in Italy, where he completed his PhD on deformed supersymmetric field theories. After a few years working on high energy theoretical physics as a Postdoc (at Université Paris-Sud, École polytechnique in Paris and Universidad Autonoma in Madrid), he shifted his research focus to mathematical and computational neuroscience (at Collège de France, Ecole Normale Supérieure and CNRS) and afterwards, to machine learning applied to genomic data (Inserm and Ecole Normale Supérieure). He is now a Senior Research Scientist on Owkin’s Biotech team.
